Sound Healing Self-Care Workshop
Part One, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm Ohm Tuning Forks,
$75 + GST = $78.75
For this workshop, we will use the Acutonics® Ohm tuning forks. This frequency is deeply grounding and nourishing, and promotes serenity and peace.
Students can work with these tuning forks in pairs or on their own, and apply them to acupuncture points, chakras, and other areas of pain or dis-ease.
Acutonics is an energy-based, non-invasive system of vibrational healing similar to acupuncture. Tuning forks are applied to acupuncture and acupressure points to access the body’s meridian and chakra energy systems. Forks can be used on and off the body.
Ohm is our home tone, which is very beneficial for supporting us in times of stress, anxiety, irritability, tension, and insomnia.
Acutonics draws on oriental medicine, astrology, Indigenous wisdom, and music theory to create an innovative approach to vibrational medicine with many clinical applications.
Part Two, 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, 60-minute Therapeutic Gong Journey

Planetary gongs set the stage for this therapeutic sound-healing meditation. The sounds of these heavenly harmonies gently wash over us and penetrate deeply into the body, releasing blockages and restoring balance. These cosmic vibrations have a profound connection to us. They are familiar and promote a sense of peace and coming home. A return to the cosmic sea, where there is no separation. It is from here that deep healing can occur on all levels.
Will Morris will be supporting with mantras, flutes, synthesizers, and the drum.
